Total and partial coatings

Painting gives the bottle a high perception of added value, it will help your brand to differentiate itself from the others, it retains the character of the glass and the visibility of the embossed engravings, thus complementing the design of the bottle.

Our coatings are exceptionally resistant, which guarantees that the bottle is in excellent condition when it reaches the end user.

You will also have access to a wide variety of finishes and effects:

· Translucent or opaque.
· Gloss, satin or matte.
· Partial (on the shoulders, upper body, etc.) or total.
· Gradients.
· Possibility of combining up to 5 colours on the same article.
· Soft or textured touch.
· Possibility of adding protection against ultraviolet rays..

The process is ecological, uses organic inks and there are no solvent emissions.

Hot Stamping

Hot Stamping is the printing of a foil on which thin layers of aluminum of different appearances have been deposited: gold, platinum, gloss colours, satin or matte.

Using this method you can incorporate high quality fine or embossed details, or large, solid metallic areas.

It is available in a wide variety of colours and effects, always with the appearance of precious metal. It is an essential process if you want to achieve these effects on bottles with coatings.

Hot stamping can be easily combined with screen printing techniques and can also be applied to bottles without coatings.

Frosting

Frosting is a chemical process whereby the outer surface of a glass container is transformed by immersion in hydrofluoric acid and gives the bottle a dull, frosted appearance, with an incredibly smooth finish.

This technique, combined with screen printing with inks, organic inks, gold or platinum, gives the bottle an attractive and elegant appearance.

Metallics

This finish gives the article a very bright appearance and, in some of the finishes, a mirror effect, which gives a particularly prominent appearance. The result can be gloss or matte according to your choice and there is a wide colour palette.
